AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION
His areas of specialization include breast surgery (enlargement, reduction, and breast lift), body sculpting through liposuction and tummy tuck, surgery of the aging face, neck, and eyelids, and surgery of the nose. He also enjoys trips to South and Central America where he participates in the care of children in need.

EDUCATION
I feel fortunate to have an education that includes Harvard University, Vanderbilt University, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota and the University of Southern California. Perhaps the “best” thing to happen to my career are the two years spent in Los Angeles gaining advanced training in cosmetic plastic surgery.

I believe that a good surgeon never stops learning. Today’s plastic surgeon has a duty to stay up to date with techniques which improve patient results and speed recovery. Therefore, in addition to being a perpetual student of the art and science of plastic surgery, I am proud to have been a teacher at such prestigious institutions as the University of Minnesota, Loma Linda University, the Children’s Hospitals of Minneapolis and St. Paul, the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and the University of Southern California.

I am a firm believer in educating the public about what constitutes excellence in terms of safety and results in plastic surgery.

Dr. Hoffman has extensive professional expertise and is Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery – the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialists to certify plastic surgeons.
