View 3 of 3This 21yo attractive woman has a slender build and a wider cleavage due to the width of her sternum. She would benefit from silicone implants due to the lack of breast gland in the upper part of her breasts. She is an A cup and wishes to have C cup breasts. While placing the implants in a submuscular plane, I was able to narrow her cleavage some to bring the breasts closer together. She chose 300cc silicone gel implants. Cup size change A to C.
